1. Platform Purpose

Philipine Real Estate LMS is an independent real estate listing platform. We provide tools for publishing and managing property listings but do not participate in transactions, negotiations, or payments between users.

2. Listings & Content

  • Users are responsible for the accuracy of their listings
  • All uploaded content must be lawful and truthful
  • Duplicate, misleading, or fraudulent listings may be removed without notice

3. Subscription & Fees

  • Subscription plans start at ₱300 per month
  • Fees grant access to platform features and listing capabilities
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated

4. No Commission Policy

We do not collect commissions or percentages from property sales or rentals conducted through the platform.

5. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate personal and property information
  • Comply with applicable Philippine laws
  • Respect other users and platform rules

6. Limitation of Liability

Termination
